The CERN SPS Main dipoles are 6m long dipoles magnets installed in the SPS main ring. There are 744 dipoles powered in series, in two types; MBA and MBB. Apart from the 742 dipoles installed in the main ring, there exist 2 magnets above ground, which are equipped with an online measurement system known as the B-Train

B-Train
The B-Train system measures the magnetic field cycle-to-cycle using an induction coil paired with an NMR marker. @albrightFirstOperationalResults2023
NMR Marker
The measurements are done at XX Hz, and downsampled to 1 kHz. The marker is applied at 1100G. I.e. when the field crosses 1100G (on a ramp), the measured field is forced to be 1100G, which causes an inherent discontinuity in the measurement.
