In SPS, the following parameters apply for an MBA magnet:

$$\begin{array}{rl}L& =6.2\text{m}\\ 2h& =39\text{mm}\\ 2(w+a)& =153\text{mm}\\ B_0& =2.02\text{T}\end{array}$$

We let $w=17\text{mm}$ (relatively small), and $a=60$, $yh=yw=80\text{mm}$, and $SLW=SLH=70\text{mm}$, but the coil is only $65\text{mm}$.

The fill factor of the coil is assumed to be $\lambda =0.8$, and the coil with is $25\text{mm}$

Using formulas
